Service Coordinator/Dispatcher position: HVAC Industry

Maintain daily scheduling for Service Technicians and dispatch as service calls are completed, maintain on-call schedule for service technicians, computer skills, data entry into data base with all current information, clean and concise communications with department managers, employees and company customers, including keeping customers apprised as to company schedule and requested lead times.  Provide accounting with maintenance contract billing information; prepare invoices and timecards for processing, informing customers of all products/services available to them.

Requirements: Advanced customer service skills, ability to multi-task, exceptional organizational skills, geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills.
